Natasha Catchpole

Founder, Business Psychologist and Neurodiversity Consultant

Natasha has worked in the field of neurodiversity for over 10 years delivering diagnostics, workplace assessments, training and coaching in a variety of settings including the workplace, higher education and prisons. She has a passion for helping people understand their strengths, overcome their challenges and uncover their potential to enable them to work at their best.

Charlotte Eade

Neurodiversity Consultant and Coach

Having worked in the field of neurodiversity for over 13 years Charlotte has extensive experience of supporting individuals, their teams and their organisations to work at their best through raising awareness and understanding. Using an appreciative enquiry approach, she works with clients to identify appropriate adjustments, technologies and strategies that allow them to work to their strengths.

Kate Cooper

Lawyer and Neurodiversity Coach

Kate has over 20 years of experience in the legal sector and legal education in London. She specialises in coaching neurodiverse employees in law firms and other Professional Services environments, focusing on strengths, helping to build confidence and overcome a range of challenges including aspects of working with and managing others, organisational skills and managing office rules and etiquette.
